Chocolate is a science and we are incredibly lucky to have come across it as it is such an indulgence.
This Christmas tree may look ordinary to you but it is quite special as the chocolate is of the highest quality made by the Alain Ducasse team.
Alain Ducasse is an extremely good chef with 21 Michelin stars under his belt. Having a passion for the science of chocolate, opened Paris first bean to bar chocolate shop. There are now 38 Alain Ducasse shops, three in London and one in Borough Yards where I took this picture.
